This work includes the analysis of certain relations which are presented between teachers' pedagogical practicum and the school management, as well as the recognition of the management practices of three private educational institutions in Bogota.The developed methodological strategy takes a tough stance from the archaeological -genealogical look handling elements of the tools box such as the tracking across the file constituted by documents of different origin, the notions of knowledge -power -subject with information compilation techniques of qualitative research.The documents were handled and organized through thematic cards and original of regularities items, managing to make evident and establishing relationships between the teachers and the school management.Some elements and practices of the school management from the academic and pedagogic area management of every institution were analized, finding some effects in the teachers' pedagogical practicum, generating the constitution of modes to be teachers, in the school and classroom affecting teaching practicum, in this case, of biology which can be limited and reoriented.Thanks to the evidences and analyzed aspects several questions and reflections are opened on the importance of the teacher´s positioning opposite to the management practices and the effects in his being and scope, so that the pedagogical practicum of teachers and management practicum, could continue being studied as wide fields of problem and investigation.
