Introduction: Extracranial trigeminal schwannomas involving the intracranial compartment may present with an aggressive growth, accounting for 3% of all head and neck neoplasms. These kinds of neoplasms usually require a multidisciplinary approach to achieve a satisfactory resection and an acceptable functional and aesthetic outcome.
