This study presents the results of the capacity of the Epipremnum species for CO <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> absorption indoors, as well as an analysis of its growth. The species showed a biweekly growth of 1.42%, with an approximate leaf area per plant of 0.0502m <sup xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</sup> . According to the statistical analysis, the plants show a similar growth pattern. In addition to this, it was observed that at the end of the 5 months of study, fifteen (15) new foliar units were obtained. These results will contribute to the scientific development of sustainable strategies for the improvement of air quality.
