The Southwestern Intervention Plan is a project that will allow The District Secretary of Environment of Bogotá to focus the measures of the Air Plan in the localities that have presented the greatest air quality problems in the city, based on the governance between public and private institutions, academia and citizens, who address a discussion around the environmental, sociocultural and economic dimensions that make this the most polluted area of Bogotá.The main objective is to present the operational plans that include local measures for the control and monitoring of sources (mobile and fixed), urban ecosystems (revegetation processes and trees), reduction of emissions of re-suspended material, and the Regional articulation.
