The UGPP is an entity that is responsible for ensuring contributions from legal and natural persons required to make contributions to the parafiscal and pension system in Colombia. Therefore, this investigation will allow to know, analyze, and conclude the causes and types of the most common requirements imposed by the UGPP, as well as the acquittal and sanctioning imposition by the entity based on real cases.
