Based on the above and using new technologies for the production of information systems, the development and implementation of an smart architecture for decision making is proposed, which analyzes the collection of data on level, flow, pressure, pH, humidity and temperature of the water in the rain system of the Minuto de Dios neighborhood of the city of Bogotá, Colombia, to generate early warnings and decision making in the face of heavy rainfall and possible threats of overflow.
