Higher education is and will be the formative pillar of future generations, which in addition have the responsibility of training students in the different professions, it must provide tools that contribute to the strengthening of support spaces and guidance to students, an example of this is the university counseling, a tool that contributes significantly to reduce mortality and student dropout that can prevent many situations that occur at a personal level and help with the no adaptation of the student to the university environment. This creates the need to have teachers with the necessary knowledge and skills to offer a correct guide to those students who require it; this work presents a proposal to support the management of the teacher advisor through a training program supported by Information and Communication Technologies that allows to strengthen their work in the context and existing national policies.
