Resumen La administracion y la psicologia organizacional comparten historicamente puntos en comun que pueden revisarse por etapas para comprenderlas; las etapas: estructural, conductual e integral reunen aspectos claves para comprender tal historia y ubicar el tema de cultura organizacional. La idea es que a partir del rastreo del concepto de cultura desde la antropologia y sus diferentes enfoques y revisar del concepto de cultura organizacional, para comprender las posturas que la psicologia ha adoptado frente a el; se finalizara resaltando la importancia de acercarse a los conceptos con rigurosidad teorica y respeto por sus bases epistemologicas. Abstract The administration and the organizational psychology share historically points jointly that can be checked by stages to understand them; the stages: structural, behavioral and integral there assemble aspects key to understand such a history and to locate the topic of organizational culture.
