The expression "State", due to the uncertainties and objections presented by several scholars in the area, is difficult to determine, since it has several conceptual variations and behavioral positions.For this reason, this article seeks, from the identification of this problem, to discuss the notion of citizenship in Brazil, highlighting the way of effectiveness by the citizens of the jeitinho brasileiro.In fact, it is expected to contribute to the modern discussions about the role and constitution of the Brazilian state, considering variables such as corruption and social positioning.
