In recent years, the Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education at Universidad El Bosque has been giving special importance to hospital pedagogy as a training field for future graduates. This interest is reflected in the curricular bets to offer this educational modality to future graduates as a pedagogical practice or subject of degree work and, in addition, in the participation in research projects with the Secretaria de Educacion del Distrito, which is responsible for the program “Aulas Hospitalarias en Bogota”. This article collects some of the curricular reflections of teachers and the partial results of consultancies around the profile of the teacher in the hospital environment, with the purpose of establishing references that enhance teacher training programs and the performance of teachers in the classroom.
