This present article deals with a new way of working that emerged due to the Covid-19 pandemic and gained strength worldwide, remaining strongly after the end of the pandemic, the home office.A survey was carried out with the aim of identifying the perception of the organizations' employees about the home office, and the employees of Sicredi Region Center RS/MG were the ones who responded to the research developed.To arrive at a result, the profile and perception of the workers were investigated, and the results were confronted with works by other authors.Employees who responded to the survey in general listed the advantages of home office: greater flexibility, avoiding commuting to work and increased concentration; and as a disadvantage, the mix between professional and personal life, which ends up demanding greater discipline and concentration from the worker.
