We are more or less used to considering as Human Rights those guarantees that have traditionally been enshrined in universal declarations or in political constitutions, in the sections corresponding to human guarantees. There are no express guarantees of man as a consumer, so I will try to elaborate a justification that there are Human Rights of Man, considered as a consumer.
