In higher education there is a growth in the offer of virtual courses and with this arises the need to ensure the quality of these academic processes. This project aims to sensitize the university community in the culture of quality in virtual education. For this, different strategies for evaluating the quality of the courses were reviewed. A sample of courses was taken, information was collected from graduates, teachers, and students, and those responsible for the aforementioned instances were interviewed. Finally, an own instrument was designed and evaluated for the observation of the courses was designed and evaluated with the intention of providing an alternative for the evaluation of courses in the search for quality.
