Spanish abstract: El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el sistema de organización de eventos deportivos en las instituciones departamentales de Sincelejo, Sucre, Colombia. Los fundamentos del sistema se integran a los principios filosóficos, sociológicos, psicológicos y pedagógicos que permiten aplicar creativamente el mismo en estas instituciones departamentales. La propuesta constituye una herramienta para el mejoramiento de las áreas de trabajo y de forma específica de los resultados de las competiciones que se realicen en las instituciones departamentales a diferentes niveles, a partir de la identificación y creación de los componentes, su operatividad y la metodología para implementarlo, sobre la base de las necesidades y potencialidades de todos los factores involucrados. La metodología permite la realización del diagnóstico y la caracterización de los procesos de estas organizaciones. Los principales resultados evidencian la elevación del nivel profesional en la organización de eventos deportivos de las instituciones objeto de estudio, la introducción de un sistema instrumental y la explicación detallada de cada componente con su respectiva importancia, complementa el sistema de organización de eventos deportivos.English abstract: The objective of this work is to analyse the system of organization of sport events in the departmental institutions of Sincelejo, Sucre, Colombia. The fundamentals of the system are integrated to the philosophical, sociological, psychological and pedagogical principles that allow to apply the same creatively in these departmental institutions. The proposal constitutes a tool for the improvement of the work areas and of specific form of the results of the competitions that are realized in the departmental institutions at different levels, starting from the identification and creation of the components, their operability and the methodology to implement it, based on the needs and potentialities of all the factors involved. The methodology allows for the diagnosis and characterization of the processes of these organizations. The main results show the elevation of professional level in the organization of sporting events of the institutions under study, the introduction of an instrumental system and the detailed explanation of each component with its respective importance, complements the system of organization of sporting events.
