Introduction: Burnout Syndrome is a set of symptoms that lead to emotional exhaustion in carrying out work activities due to poor adaptation to long working hours, causing tension load that when associated with Covid-19 increases in large proportions; Objective: to describe the factors that lead nurses to Burnout Syndrome when facing Covid-19 .; Methods: it is an integrative literature review in the virtual databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO); Results: 50 articles were selected, 20 SCIELO, 20 LILACS, 10 MEDLINE, were included in the study according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, selecting only 9 articles where the factors that cause Burnout Syndrome in nurses were identified in times of pandemic; Conclusion: the nurse performs numerous tasks in the work environment, where physical and mental exhaustion is inevitable, when it occurs in excess it can lead to the Burnout Syndrome, there were numerous factors and resolutive interventions, requiring psychological interventions in all areas. assistance angles and more publications on the topic.
