The continuous and intense socio-economic changes have created the need to restructure educational practices, as well as the structures of schools. New challenges have been introduced with the aim not only of improving educational outcomes, but also of adapting to the new needs of the community. In the educational field, the teacher is the mediator, the person who expresses the evolutions and transforms them into knowledge. This document reveals the participation of the leadership in the process of teaching performance. The leadership policy is a crucial factor for teacher effectiveness.
