That has as its central point the creation of an integrative literature review whose theme is about how nursing care in myiasis is carried out in the homeless population. Method: Integrative literature review in the Lilacs, BDEnf databases and in the Scielo virtual library, articles published within the period from 2015 to 2020. Results: The analysis resulted in 25 articles that allowed the creation of 4 categories for analysis. Discussion: The term myiasis was created in 1840, but the pathology studied is already very old. Myiasis is a type of parasitosis that causes infestation by dipterous larvae that feed on the living or dead tissue of animals and humans. Conclusion: The research contributed to reinforce the importance of street clinics, in addition to highlighting the problems faced in providing assistance to this social group. Health professionals need to have greater knowledge and specialization to treat wounds contaminated by myiasis, always aiming to provide guidance, prevention and treatment, ensuring quality care for these people.
