Competition in the business world is getting tougher, driven by the rapid development of technology that demands companies to become better. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a product of technological developments in software that can make it easier for companies to get information when managing a company. However, not all companies can implement ERP due to high costs and complex implementation. Dolibarr is a web-based and open-source ERP software with incredible capabilities. The study of Dolibarr ERP in multi-branch distribution company was carried out to determine the stages of Dolibarr implementation and Dolibarr's extensibility in making custom modules. This assessment study was carried out at three different distribution companies: the distribution of IT goods, jeans, and tools and steel wires. This assessment study uses standard operating procedures for buying, selling, returning goods, stock management, and accounting. The use of Dolibarr ERP will be discussed in detail in each process. Additionally, implementation is carried out to find out how far the ease of use of Dolibarr and its capabilities meets a multi-branch distribution company's need. The assessment study results show that Dolibarr ERP can meet the needs of multi-branch distribution companies with standard modules. But to optimize usage, an external module is needed to meet each company needs. Dolibarr ERP external module development can also be done quickly. The research methodology used for the development of the study is descriptive and applied.
