Is presented an analysis about the tendencies of the legal formation in Colombia, since the local context which sustains and justify the relevance and validity of the law program of the university corporation Rafael Nunez and its educational project. The previous written under the premise that an adequate lawyer formation, complete and with rigorous quality in the programs conditions, is essential to progress at the state –social- consolidation of law in Colombia, it’s also proposed in the national plan of development 2018-2022, and its pact for the legality: effective security and transparent justice for all to live in democracy and freedom
