These proceedings are the contributions made by the participants of the VII International Conference / Days of Applied Mathematics (ICDAM). The VII ICDAM has as its main purpose to share concrete experiences of mathematical knowledge in the resolution of situations, seen from different contexts. The VII ICDAM was held in the city of San José de Cúcuta, Colombia, from November 4 to 6, 2020 through hybrid participation, and is organized by the “Facultad de Ciencias Básicas y Biomédicas” of the Universidad Simón Bolívar, San José de Cúcuta, Colombia. The VII ICDAM has the participation of students, professors, and researchers in the field of mathematics and physics from Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, and Peru.
