Colombian context needs protocols, practices and appropriate systematic exercises for psychopedagogcal evaluation, this leads to then use of foreigner instruments, these omit numerous relevant aspects ofthe teaching and learning process. For this reasons, a systematic reviewn was made, the dimensions, categories, kinds of studies, between other variable associated with the psychopedagogical were observed, on Ibero-America investigations the last 10 years, with student population, since pre escolar until senior year. The psychopedagogical investigation on Ibero-America presents more productions in the Spanish languageaccord to the study results, that along with other conclusions, standout: Dialnet plus is a data base with the biggest productions of quantitative studies about psychopedagogical evaluation, while the one with theleast is Scielo. In production by regions, Spain leads the largest text production, followed by South America and Central America. To conclude, the understanding of teaching and learning process is advanced due tothe psychopedagogy, however, for the academic benefit, the interest on specific variables that add integrally to the phenomenon must keep going.
