This present paper attempts to organize and synthesize the original ideas of Peruvian philosopher Francisco Miró Quesada Cantuarias (FMQC) about moral philosophy and Philosophy of Law. In particular, we will approach to his concept of fair law. In addition, his thought will be introduced in the contemporary debate on the concept of law.
