The pedestrian mobility is one of the most important for the displacements inside the city, computing 43% of the journeys, together with the bicycling (ANTP, 2020).Persons with reduced mobility have extensive dificulties in realizing displacements, once the sidewalks, in many cities, are not appropriates.According to a study conducted by Mobilize Brasil ( 2019), the sidewalks of the country receive a rating of 5.71 of 10.It will be necessary than to provide methods of sidewalks evaluation, for their regularization.Beside that, its known that between the sidewalks evaluations found, a few encompass the needs of persons with reduced mobility. The present study had as an objective the development of an evaluation methodology focused on the needs of persons with reduced mobility, with a weighting based on a perception evaluation from part of this users. It was relized an appliance on the Centro Hospitalar Ana Carolina Moura Xavier, for the method's validation.The hospital got a level of service E, with bad conditions for the user, since most of the indicators were in terrible condition, receiving rate 0. Only the indicator of grids or expansion joints received the best rate, between the 13 evaluated.The study has proven eficient in the sidewalk evaluation, and could be a good instrument for the public authorities.
