The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the practice of hand surgery across the globe. [1,2]With people less inclined to go out as restrictions were imposed, we generally saw a reduction in the number of operated cases in the field of hand surgery. [2]As pandemic and subsequent lockdowns also changed the behaviors and habits of the society, patterns of hand injury could have changed as well.The purpose of our study is to learn and describe the variety and frequency of operated hand surgery cases during the COVID-19 pandemic and related restrictions, as reported by eight hand surgeons in seven different countries.Our study may also serve as a future reference for injury prevention. MateRIals and MethodsEight hand surgeons in seven different countries (Indonesia, Iran, Turkey, Belgium, France, Colombia, and Peru) were offered and agreed to participate in this study.All participants retrospectively collected data of hand surgery patients that they had operated on during 1 month within the COVID-19
