In last decade, knowledge management has become a relevant and essential topic in education, in which knowledge is considered an action within an organizational learning model. The purpose of knowledge management is to improve production and results among teachers and students. However, educational institutions are often missing a systematic organization of knowledges in academia due to a lack of strategies or understanding. Many times, knowledge is thought of as tactile (knowledge possessed by one individual), which is why explicit knowledge (shared or socialized knowledge) is overlooked. Given the previous, we utilized a collective of creativity to establish a hypothesis for the Knowledge Management project. We considered a spiral model of knowledge known as SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization). The previous model is meant to fortify collective intelligence among students as they work collaboratively through workshops and technology. Therefore, we will design, implement, and analyze the SECI model. The participants for this study are majoring in the Bachelor of Information and Technology program and are enrolled in the Interdisciplinary and Focus course. Additionally, teachers and students will be diagnosed on knowledge management and the use of information and technology communication tools. The study could be useful in helping students develop collective knowledge in their course and bachelor program.
