In the moment of the discussion, the project's proposal law of weed consume regulation with recreative uses in Colombia have been developed diferent debates; nevertheless the discussion isn't new, the country has a recent history through 1787 law of 2016, it reglaments the cultivation of marijuana in Colombian territory, giving the oportunity to develop and implement diferent technologies such as IA, IOT and data analytics in crops due to the fact that this kind of tools have been proved and implemented succesfully in countries like Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Holland, Spain and many more, where the crop technification allowed an improvement in quantity and quality in cannabis crops.
