This article aims to document the process of creating and formalizing a collective organization with graduates from the project Utopía in the Universidad de La Salle, to identify the learnings and provide some agreed recommendations for a continuing improvement in their practice and the possibility to apply it in other territorial contexts. The methodology used herein is the experience systematization, which allowed gaining some insights and learnings. Regarding the systematization process of Asoaipaz, it was verified that this methodology is an ideal mechanism to understand the organizations in the territory. Therefore, the recommendation is to apply it in the formulation of strategies intended to the continuing improvement as a reflection on the organizational duties of a business
