This document presents the review, evaluation and analysis of the scope, schedule and cost management from the point of view of the Project Management for a consulting contract whose purpose is to carry out the studies and designs of road network works in a town of the city of Bogotá; focusing on the evaluation of the scope, schedule and cost management, as established in the Guide to the Fundamentals for Project Management from its group of planning processes; in order to make a comparison with the traditional methodology used by the consulting company; and through a comparison with the "should be" of the project management; in order to establish the respective recommendations to manage a project and thus reduce the amount of changes for this type of contract.
