The objective of the article is to make a conceptual approach in reference to the incorporation in Colombia of teleworking and labor flexibility, through research already evaluated that allow to establish the true ease and efficiency that this work methodology presents worldwide. An analysis of the publications in the Science Direct and Scopus databases was carried out using an observation window between 2016 and 2020 Journal-type documents, identifying the research trends on the subject. The results show that countries such as Germany, France and the United States have shown their interest in researching and implementing labor flexibility methodologies, achieving improvements in their productivity levels and in job satisfaction levels.
