The article presented will develop the importance of strengthening entrepreneurship at the national level in the Training Centers that have the Technologist programs in the Organization of Events, Hotel Management and related programs, being very important to emphasize that in Colombia there is an institution that works in advising, encouraging and achieving results in entrepreneurship: the SENA, through counseling, accompaniment, training and financing, the creation of a company is a real possibility to generate income and employment for Colombians; the instructors are other communicators who encourage the training of apprentices so that they think about being independent, few of them listen to the proposals, most of them only consider signing Learning Contracts, a situation that neither do most of them because there is a lot of demand and little supply .
