The objective of the article is to analyze social entrepreneurship and its management within the dairy sector, the purpose was to find out how the basic areas play an important role for both the company and its members, it was also sought to highlight the importance of social entrepreneurs for the development and economic growth of it.Framed in a quantitative paradigm, the type of research was descriptive, with a nonexperimental, cross-sectional field design.The population of analysis was made up of 75 subjects in the categories of Managers and employees.Data collection was through a survey.Regarding the managerial part, it was found that the organizational structure must be well distributed to fulfill its mission objective, as for the human resource, a stable condition was not found and the financial part had adequate management for the development of social potential.The employees expressed the organizational structure gives them peace of mind and confidence in their work, in terms of human resources they have stability and training to improve their performance and the financing is consistent with the training and growth needs of the social entrepreneur, it was concluded that the Basic areas in its organizational structure are based on good processes that help their human talent to participate actively and congruently in all areas of the organization, in addition the training of the social entrepreneur is financially guaranteed by the company and helps in the implementation of projects For these new entrepreneurs.
