The objective of the article is to disseminate the results of research aimed at transforming reality through interaction with the Virtual Learning Object “Rediscover” to mitigate the beginning of sexual activity at an early age in secondary school students of the Apiay Educational Institution from the Municipality of Villavicencio department of Meta Colombia, which bases the development of conceptual, procedural and attitudinal competences in its integral formation. The entry categories were based on the contributions of: Zabala (2018), Jordan (2015), World Health Organization (2012), Figueroa and Meza (2014), among others. The study was based on the socio-critical paradigm, with the participatory action research method, the design was cyclical, flexible heuristic. The actors of the investigation were 78 subjects, students, teachers, defending mothers, parents, to whom an interview was applied, a transformative action plan was developed and executed. It was revealed that there is a high number of students who become pregnant or young who assume paternity at an early age, causing school dropout due to illness or pregnancy; workshops were implemented to counteract erotic and sensual messages that affect socio-emotional development. The application of this innovative strategy, the Virtual Learning Object (OVA) fulfilled its purpose of transforming reality, the student alone decides not to start his sexual life at an early age; because now it effectively recognizes the causes and consequences of assuming behaviors, attitudes and roles that alter your life project. The OVA is a contribution to scientific knowledge that enriches the country's public policy strategies, as it strengthens the integral education of the student without imposing parameters of behavior; disinhibiting and acting transparently, that is, making decisions without pressures from its social context that judge it, so its application is recommended.
