The purpose of this research is to improve the process of medical consultation in family medicine from Blockchain technology. The research designs a Blockchain technology network model with which a family electronic medical record is implemented that contains the entire medical history of a patient, as well as the family history that allows both health actors and doctors, laboratory workers, nurses and even the patient himself to make better decisions about the treatments to follow. Through the proposed model, it is possible to obtain more information about a person's family nucleus and share the electronic medical records among all the health entities that belong to the Blockchain network.
