This paper describes the implementation of a novel didactic resource for analog electronics engineering education, which uses a GeoGebra module to visually improve the analysis and design of a basic semiconductor amplifier circuit, based on interactive mathematical representation of device parameters, DC and AC load line methods, and circuit DC transfer characteristics. The powerful GeoGebra multiplatform and on line applications pack, and their easy use, make these free educational tools ideal to engage engineering students with mathematical system modeling and get better understanding by visualization of design criteria and tuning up SPICE simulation results, in this case for an N JFET transistor amplifier biasing circuit. The GeoGebra LMS integration plugins (next step) also will help teachers to create effective learning objects to improve modern engineering education.
