The purpose of this research was to track graduates in order to contribute to the improvement of processes of the entity, measuring the social impact and suitability of the graduates from Centro de Comercio, Industria y Turismo -CCIT- del SENA Regional Cordoba between the years 2013 and 2017. The population taken were graduates from nine technologist programs qualified by the Education Ministry, who were certified during the period from 2013 to 2017, having a sample size of 390 graduates, and a confidence level of 95%. For collecting information, a form was designed consisting of 48 questions distributed in 4 sections according to the study variables. A consecutive non-probabilistic sampling was carried out, taking all available subjects as part of the sample; the information was collected, tabulated and analyzed through descriptive statistics. Of the results, it is noteworthy that 86% of graduates consider that the training program completed is relevant to their area of work. 55% of graduates indicate that their job opportunities are good because companies prefer SENA graduates. 51% of the respondents, expressed that their remuneration is not in line with their occupational profile. The study showed relevant data on the graduates' satisfaction with the technical and transversal competences of their training programs and the quality of the instructors performance. Regarding the social projection, actions that generate social welfare and greater demand of SENA apprentices by the companies must be implemented.
