The present paper aims to make a reflection about the interaction between the psychosocial intervention in the collective reparation, and how this contribute to a real sustainable development in conflict armed victims communities. In that sense, the international cooperation in the interventions plays a key role to promote the development of all kinds of projects, either social, productive, or service generator. For that, the purpose is related with the study and analysis of the Bolivar´s department that being a high impact of psychosocial intervention region leaded by international organizations. The reflection invites to a walk about the local development models and how these required a psychosocial work especially in armed conflict victims in Colombia.
