El caso mas visualizado es el de los venezolanos, particularmente en los ultimos anos. Sin embargo, existen otras nacionalidades que han ingresado al pais, como los espanoles, altamente calificados. Esta situacion no solo ha configurado al pais como un destino migratorio, sino que ha puesto en evidencia la necesidad de una politica migratoria eficaz y capaz de enfrentar los desafios y las oportunidades que impone la nueva realidad migratoria. El presente texto relatara el cambio en el panorama migratorio colombiano entre Espana y Colombia entre el 2008 y el 2013.
