The book Direito e Questoes Tecnologicas Aplicados no Desenvolvimento Social Vol. 2, published by the Jurua publishing house in 2012, was developed with the aim of complementing the research presented in Volume 1, published in 2008. As a result of the accelerated technological development of our times, it becomes necessary to continuously analyse the evolution of the information society.
