The objective of this study was to diagnose and analyze the weak meat related to the beef cattle production process in a rural property in the municipality of Sena Madureira, Acre.The research was conducted by applying a questionnaire with 549 questions and using management tools: brainstorming, GUT matrix, 5W2H, PDCA cycle and Ishikawa diagram.The main weaknesses were identified and a solution proposed for the three main weaknesses: it does not separate healthy animals from the sick; soil without vegetation cover; does not adopt drought feeding strategies.It was concluded that the use of management tools are possible, and consequently, may contribute to the increase of productivity and profitability in the studied property.
