Introduction: Infertility is defined as the failure to achieve pregnancy after 12 months of unprotected sex, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). Between 60 to 80 million couples annually suffer from this problem. In Peru there are no updated reports that allow to know these figures and there are few studies that allow to know the causes of this condition
