This article is oriented to present a synthesis of the basic elements, of a new theoretical proposal for Accounting, in the perspective of the T3C, to be developed in a more extensive work, which is in process, within the Group's work activities of Research in International Comparative Accounting, GICIC, of the Faculty of Economic, Administrative and Accounting Sciences of the Universidad del Quindío, Colombia.
