Abstract:
Objective: To identify the knowledge of nursing professionals in the technique of delayed bladder catheterization. Method: This is a literary study, with qualitative and descriptive characteristics, in which a survey of the theoretical framework was carried out in journals of scientific platforms such as: Virtual Health Library (VHL), Scielo (Scientific Electronic Library Online), LILACS ( Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences) and BDENF (nursing database), in a period between 2006 to 2016.
