The consolidated characterization instrument between the University of Rosario, the group of victims and Peace Weavers, was designed with an individual questionnaire of thirteen questions, applied in the area of El Trigal del Norte, in Comuna 6 de Cúcuta, Norte de Santander . The result was a database with 7,565 records, which after analysis yielded 546 repeated data; After its purification, it had the information of 7019 people.
