Thermal behavior of Colombian honeys produced by stingless bees Trigona (Tetragonisca) angustula, T. (Frieseomelitta) nigra, Scaptotrigona sp. and Nannotrigona sp. were studied through a year using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC). Honey samples were collected every three months, during August 2014 to August 2015 and showed several thermal transitions (trs1, trs2, trs3, trs4a and trs4b): T. angustula (trs1 - trs4b), T. nigra (trs1, trs2, trs3 and trs4a), Scaptotrigona sp. (trs1, trs2, trs3 and trs4a) and Nannotrigona sp. (trs1, trs2, trs4a). Statistical analysis showed significant differences between and within species in some thermal transitions.
