This article describes the process that was carried out to develop an aesthetic prosthesis based on an industrial design workflow using digital technologies, taking as a case study the microtia, a congenital malformation of the auricular pavilion. This case study was selected to be able to use the functional ear as a base model of reconstruction for the affected ear.
