limited level of social support and a HRQOL affected in terms of pain/discomfort and anxiety/depression.With respect to the results of the effectiveness of the Programa TRANSFE, analyzes are carried out that indicate that intervention is statistically significant for all the variables studied in the experimental group; not so in the control group, where only the indexes of perceived social support are improved.Regarding the effectiveness of the Programa TRANSFE -at 3 months -in relation to the standard training, the intervention proposed achieves statistically significant results for the presence (p-value <0.001), level (p-value <0.001) and disability (Kappa = 0.275) for low back pain. Conclusions: the individualized educational intervention is effective on the low back pain suffered by family caregivers of disabled persons, with respect to its three dimensions studied: presence, level and disability, as well as in terms of caregiver burden, perceived social support and HRQoL.Similarly, the individualizad educational intervention is more effective than the standard in relation to low back pain.
