The objective of the project is to contribute to the development of strategies for the implementation of energy efficiency plans based on determining the current conditions of the population. The target population was chosen for its high consumption of electricity, it is located in non-interconnected zones in the Colombian Amazon jungle and uses diesel generation 24 hours a day. The difficulty to have information is that the users do not have electricity meters and for this reason they do not have historical data. For this reason, the academy proposes to characterize and generate a profile of demand through a hybrid methodology, which combines the analysis of data and the participation of communities. The project proposes to generate a characterization of the innovative electric demand given that the final result would depend on the interaction of technical, economic and social variables in order that such characterization is the main input for the identification of strategies aimed at the search of rational consumption of electricity.
