The article investigates the results from bibliographical research, aiming to raise the scientific and multiprotection production of nursing on the practice of health education, nursing care practices to the hypertensive, adherence to the antihypertensive treatment consolidated with the participation of the client actively in its therapeutic plan, the biological, psychological, cultural and social aspects involved. With the purpose of demonstrating that hypertensive care is more effective with the active involvement of the client, health unit and multiprotection team, it tends to have better results when taken more seriously by all parties involved in this process.
