This paper presents a review of some researchs in the computer graphics field conducted by OHWAHA to solve medical problems. Particularly a framework to generate a three-dimensional human head model from a stack of brain images obtained by magnetic resonance is introduced. The envisaged system is suitable to display on the 3D head model the brain electrical activity obtained from electroencephalography.
