The following article presents the conceptual evaluation of a treatment alternative for the dehydration, final disposal and / or use of the aqueous sludge generated in the wastewater treatment system installed in a poultry industry beneficiation plant present in the department of Santander. The purpose of this research project is to provide technical guidance regarding the proper management of aqueous sludge, since in Colombia, there is no legislation that regulates or establishes the technical guidelines necessary for the management of aqueous sludge from the systems of industrial wastewater treatment, as well as its treatment and its final disposal.
